At Highmoon Home Furniture Trading LLC, our Delivery Policy ensures your order is processed and delivered promptly. Once payment is successfully received in our bank account we will initiate the processing of your order. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the product type and the quantity of items ordered.

Delivery Timeframes

Order Quantity: Large orders or bulk purchases may take longer to process and deliver.

General Delivery Estimates

Standard Products: For standard products that don’t require customization. Delivery is typically within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized Products: For products that require customization. Delivery is typically within 10-20 business days after payment confirmation.
Bulk Orders: For large or bulk orders, delivery time will be estimated on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you upon order confirmation.

We deliver to various locations within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you are located outside our standard delivery areas, please contact our customer service team to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
